Biography
Mahnam Ghorbani is a personal injury attorney licensed in both California and Texas, representing individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries and life-changing harm due to negligence. She handles a wide range of cases, including traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, wrongful death, and other complex personal injury matters.
Before joining her current firm, she practiced at Kiesel Law, handling personal injury cases and high-stakes medical privacy class actions in federal court. She served as part of the lead counsel team in class action cases against major tech companies like Facebook and Google, as well as healthcare providers for violations of patient privacy rights.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Ghorbani passionately represented hundreds of wildfire victims at a nationally recognized firm, advocating for those affected by the 2017 Thomas Fire, the Montecito debris flows, and the 2018 Woolsey Fire.
Ms. Ghorbani earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School’s accelerated SCALE program, where she excelled in the Trial Advocacy Honors Program (TAHP). She secured second place in the school-wide competition and competed in numerous trial tournaments.
