Payam Mahram

Payam Mahram is a senior associate attorney at Jalilvand Law Corporation. He handles Plaintiff personal injury cases, along with complex litigation including wrongful death, medical mal-practice, and products liability. Prior to joining our team, Payam practiced insurance defense, defending workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, carriers, and third-party administrators.

Payam graduated from UCLA, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2004. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 2007.

He was admitted to the State Bar of California, the Federal District Courts, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal in California in 2009.

Payam values strong communication and being a team player. He started his legal career working in complex civil litigation, tackling issues such as wrongful foreclosure and bad faith insurance claims. He also helped develop defense themes and strategies in several prominent class actions.
